Reserve your seat with a non-refundable $50 deposit. Your deposit secures your place on the trip and will be applied toward your final balance. Due to advance planning and transportation commitments, deposits cannot be refunded. Seating is limited and available on a first-paid, first-served basis.

Booking Policy
- A non-refundable $50 deposit is required to reserve your seat and will be applied toward your final trip balance.
- All payments are non-refundable. We begin making transportation and trip arrangements based on confirmed reservations, so we are unable to issue refunds for cancellations.
- Your reservation may be transferred to another person if you are unable to attend. Transfer requests must be submitted in writing no later than Thursday, September 17, 2026 and must include the new traveler's full name and contact information.
- Pricing is based on the date your payment is received.
- Seating is limited and reservations are accepted on a first-paid, first-served basis.
- Registration closes when the motorcoach reaches capacity or on September 18, 2026, whichever comes first.
- The itinerary and schedule are subject to change if necessary.
